A few useful answers

Can I use this offline?

Yes. The generator and saved accounts work without a network after the page and required assets have loaded. QR camera scanning needs a secure context.

Where are my secrets stored?

Only in memory while generating, or in your browser's localStorage when you explicitly save an account. There is no backend or analytics.
